How to Order Custom T-Shirts for a Team, Business or Event

Ordering custom shirts is easy when you have a few details ready. Use this checklist before you contact a print shop.

Your checklist

1. Quantity. How many shirts do you need? A rough number is fine to start.
2. Sizes. Collect sizes early for teams and events. Having a size breakdown avoids delays.
3. Deadline. Tell us the date you need them by, not just "as soon as possible".
4. Artwork. A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) or a large, clean PNG is best. No artwork yet? Share your idea.
5. Colors. Pick the shirt color and the design colors. Send brand color codes if you have them.
6. Placement. Front, back, left chest, sleeve? Mention where the design should go.
7. Budget. Sharing a target helps us suggest the right option.
8. Approval. Confirm the details and artwork before printing starts.

Tips for a smooth order

• Order a little earlier than you think you need to.
• Keep names and numbers in one clear list.
• Ask about extra sizes in case the group changes.
